Service and Maintenance

All the security systems we install come with a comprehensive 12-month parts and service warranty. Under our service and maintenance contract our engineers are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and we always guarantee a swift response.

Takeover of Existing Systems

24-Hour Police & Fire Monitoring

Our Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) allows us to respond promptly to any alarm activation and ascertain if it is a false alarm or not. Keyholders are then contacted, as are emergency services if they are required. This is often an insurance requirement and with different Grades of alarm and different levels of Alarm Transmission Systems (ATS), we will design the system that is ‘required’ to ensure the system is fully compliant with your insurance requirements.
