The Bullsland Estate is a new build, high-end multi-domestic site which require a single entrance with automated gates and video call system ringing through to individual properties and controlled via the APP. Oakpark provided a design and build, bespoke solution which included bespoke Iroko hardwood gates and underground automation, the video gate entry system, and a laser cut and powder coated pair of gates signs, bespoke ‘Corten’ control cabinet and post and parcel box via our sister company RS Engineering.
